Processing Time

  • Custom orders are usually processed within 1 business day after we receive your photos or design approval.

  • During peak seasons or special promotions, processing may take up to 2–3 business days.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details once production begins.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Orders are shipped via USPS (First-Class or Priority Mail), depending on weight and location.

  • Average delivery time within the U.S. is 3–7 business days after dispatch.

  • We currently ship within the United States. International shipping may be added in the future.


Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your address and package weight.

  • Free or discounted shipping promotions will be clearly noted on applicable products or collections.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Eliana Crafts is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at the time of order.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product.
If your order is lost in transit, contact us so we can help file a claim or issue a replacement when appropriate.


Returns

Because each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns for personalized products.
