Refund policy

Because each Eliana Crafts product is custom-made with your uploaded photos, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once production has started. Every order is created uniquely for you, and we take great care to ensure it meets our quality standards.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing issue, we’re happy to make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue so we can review and offer a replacement if applicable.
